Childhood

Shane was born on September 20, 1979, in Oakland, Maryland. His parents, Bill and Betty Perry were regular pioneers before starting a family. They raised him with the same love for the ministry. Even as a kid, he was known for being kind, and sincere—qualities that stayed with him his whole life.
