Sorry, I Know That's Not What I Should Be Doing

Shane really made a great impact on me and I really enjoyed seeing his smile when he worked so hard to get better. I especially enjoyed when he would say “I’m sorry I know that’s not what I should be doing, but I don’t know what you want me to do.” Then he would smile and say “OK”. He was so appreciative and we were rooting for him.
