Shane liked telling a story from Central America. A friend of his had to urgently use a public restroom and was surprised because things got unexpectedly noisy, in the words that Shane used to quote his friend, “It went…spla-dooo-sh…” and for a moment the person was happy to be alone in the restroom, or so they thought, until the person in the next stall reacted by blurting out an English expletive.
